Took a long time to arrive, but once it came all was well. Very easy to put together, but really need 2 people. It weighs over 100#. Install legs and one connection to power and you are in business. Remote easy to understand and all functions work as advertised. Massage is great! Much less expensive than others I looked at!

I researched high and low for adjustable frames. The Members Mark frame has all the fancy features of the high end expensive frames, but at about half the cost. Our backs have thanked us for this purchase! We paired it with a new Dreamcloud mattress, and nightly break pain is GONE! I dowloaded the app for the frame so my husband can keep the remote on his side of the bed. App works perfectly! Highly recommended!

After extensive research and visiting various businesses, I decided to order the adjustable bed from Sam’s Club. Delivery and setup went well. The overall operation of the bed has been consistent with the many excellent reviews written by other customers. The value and cost have far exceeded other retailers. At this time, I strongly recommend this adjustable bed. Excellent product.

Been using this for about 3 weeks and absolutely love it. The massage feature is a noisy but that’s understandable because it’s vibrating. I don’t think it is unreasonably so. I was surprised that there is no noise when adjusting the head and foot. I love the tilt on the head portion for reading! I also like the programmable remote! Great purchase for the price!

This is one of the best things I have bought for myself in years. I suffer from acid reflux .this frame helps 100%. These frames come from one country. member's mark is half as much or more than the others on the market.Do your self a favor and get one.

I bought this bed from Sam’s Club after comparing their prices with others. I was able to get this one for less than half of what others wanted for theirs. Win$$ I never had an adjustable bed before so I have nothing to compare it to but I’m really enjoying being able to lay in bed in a reclined position to watch TV before falling asleep. It is so much more comfortable being able to raise my legs as well as my head for a zero gravity effect and not having to worry about shifting pillows. Win! I don’t think I will be using the massage part. It kinda makes me seasick with the bed moving. I was able to get the headboard brackets shipped to me. The instructions for those were wrong but I was able to get them to work perfectly with a redesign. I did have to remove one of the 4 pieces of the leg to shorten the bed to align with the holes on my headboard but with my 14” mattress it is probably better that way anyways. I’m glad that the legs were height adjustable. Win!

Great bed, I like all the features that came with it, except for the massage. If I could have ordered it without the massage I would have, there is nothing great about it and I it doesn't really feel like a massage. I like that you are able to program up to 2 settings so once you have it where you like it you can save the setting.

Can't speak for the longevity but the adjustable queen is a dream. The remote is easy to use, massager works nice, programmable, fast, and just overall a great value. One tiny hiccup is that it's slightly noisy when changing positions but who's sleeping then anyway?

Before purchasing my adjustable base I suffered pain (side sleeper forced to become a back sleeper; pained in both positions) every night on my mattress which is only a few years old. Sleeping in Zero Gravity on the adjustable base this past week has been the absolute best! The massage features are nice, too. I am very happy with my purchase thus far. The Sam's Club supplier was very quick to answer my questions (on Presidents' Day, no less) about the base and setting it up inside my poster bed. It was very easy. (I supervised.) I had a strong nephew and son, who is also mechanically inclined, set up the base--though it's true you don't need any tools for the set up. I could not have done it myself. Thanks to everyone!!

Excellent value, quick delivery, and easy setup. So far, we’re in love! We have had an expensive name-brand adjustable for years, and bought this one for our guest room. This bed has all the features at a great price. Can’t wait to share this little luxury with our holiday house guests! Highly recommend!
