We purchased this bedframe in 2020. Last month one side quit working. Due to the age we didn't expect much except possibly to find someone to come out and repair it on our dime. Though it took some phone calls I reached the manufacturer directly. They actually answered the phone, in person! We went through some options for correcting the problem. Long story short, they sent me replacement electronics, a YouTube video and assurance that they were always available to help. The replacement went well, NO COST to us and we are now resting easy. This kind of customer service has become so rare I still find it hard to believe it's still out there. Thank you so much for your help!

I bought 2 twin XL adjustable frames for our king platform bed that has built-in drawers because I wanted to keep our bedroom furniture and so far it's working great. You just don't use the legs that come with it for that kind of setup. Setup was pretty easy, just very heavy.

I purchased this king adjustable base along with the king Nectar 14" Prestige Hybrid mattress. This king adjustable base is one complet frame assembly. It is heavy and is shipped in a z-fold configuration. The box is the width of a mattress, so it does take some muscle to move around. I found that after getting the box opened, removing the plastic warap ant the accessories strapped to the frame, it was easier to remove. Assembly is tool-free. Depending on if you want free-standing or zero clearance will determine assembly time. I went with free-standing and screwed in the 6 legs at the full 12" height. There are also 2 securing plates you attach at the lower hinge fold to stabilize the base. The power supply plugs in to the connector under the base. This base has a blue LED light that glows, providing a soft glow that illuminates the bottom of the frame. It is not harsh, just a soft glow. A wireless remote is included along with 3 AAA batteries for power. An emergency battery power strip which uses 2 9V batteries (not included) to power the base during a power outage is included. I did download the iOS app to control the base with my phone. It works with a Bluetooth connection and I had no issues connecting or controlling the base. Just make sure to select the correct remote layout in the Settings to get the coomplete set of options. The base takes a mattress up to 14" which is what I purchased. I have had no issues with the mattress being raised/lowered from the top/bottom or both. The pillow tilt works well and I can feel the massage features with this mattress, so I did not lose any features with this matress. I am very satisfied with this king adjustable base.

I love it. It vibrates and lifts head and feet to adjustable positions. only problem is it was delivered to our garage and it is extremely heavy.

The is an excellent purchase for anyone who may have issues getting comfortable in bed due to back issues. Happy to have made this purchase.

I received my Premier Adjustable Base with 4 legs; the instructions required 6. Today is Saturday and I can't get a hold of anyone until Monday .

I bought this a few weeks ago and have been very happy. The remote is very user friendly- would recommend as a adjustable bed.

Was skeptical at first but now love it, just making a few adjustments and now I wake up without my back killing me.

I love it! It was heavy but easy to install and works great. I especially love the timed massage that melts me to sleep.

Am impressed with this adjustable bedframe - it's very sturdy and all the functions of this are amazing. Bedframe was very easy to assemble.
