[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Twenty one years ago, while working at at drug information company, a PharmD friend recommended that I take a COQ10 supplement for my heart and because I was taking a statin drug. He recommended a dosage of 300 mg daily of which I started at that time. As years passed I frequently looked at the multiple COQ10 products that were available and decided to try Qunol because of its 3X better absorption claim. So rather than talking a 300 mg tablet I started taking the Qunol 100mg softgel. I can honestly say that I have not noticed any difference, which is a good thing. I find it easier to take than a tablet and I have had no side effects from taking this supplement.
