I am a Type 1 Brittle Diabetic with Congestive Heart Failure. The average life expectancy for people with CHF is five years. I am here 8 years after being diagnosed with CHF. In part, I believe, it is to this product. Anything that possibly helps to give me one more day, is worth taking. Plus, it doesn't upset my stomach like some supplements do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quinolone may be the best absorbed CoQ 10 products on the market but it is so large in size there is no possible way I could swallow it. And no, I don't want to take the liquid. I'd rather take 2 smaller pills to get the dose of that huge pill.

Recently I ran out and neglected to replace it for about 10 days. I noticed I've had less energy and stamina the past week and attribute it to the decreased amount in my body. My Cardiologist has it under control but never said one word against my remaining on this otc product. ( over the counter) in fact, he was pleased that I took the initiative to begin that without being told to do so. It helps a lot, especially in the swelling I see in my hands and feet. There are no real discernable contra-indications for me, so, I take 3 or more daily as needed. Great stuff!
