[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started taking Qunol three years ago when I realized that the OTC/mass marketed CoQ10 supplements I purchased from a warehouse club were not water soluble and were not doing 100 mg and 100% of its value nutritional for me. Upon switching to Qunol Ultra COQ10, my hdl rose and ldl levels fell. Seven years of mass market CoQ10 was not wasted, but three years of Qunol UCoQ10 were well worth the little cost difference in my health. Enough said!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A pharmacist questioned if I had muscle pain or cramps, since I was using a statin. I indicated that I did have some bad leg cramps at night. The pharmacist suggested that I use a CoQ10 product to supplement my statin prescription. The pharmacist explained how the statin usage draws an important component from the body resulting in cramping. I took a product from the shelf but after weeks of usage did not notice any improvement with the cramping. I questioned the pharmacist and he mentioned the cheaper products did not seem to produce the same positive results and suggested trying Qunol. It was probably within a week and the cramps were gone. I continue to use Qunol and have been extremely pleased with the results. Anyone that has waken up from a dead sleep know how nasty these leg cramps can be. I cannot explain why Qunol worked so much better then the other product but the results speak very positively.
