It quickly absorbs and is made with quality grade ubiquinol meaning you only need one 100 mg tablet, vs. 200 or 300 mg of competitors. I know this because my other CoQ10 tablet feel into my water thermos and the next morning the sandy granules were all still sitting at the bottom, coming up into my straw and making me realize it probably does the same thing in my stomach. I switched immediately to Qunol brand and haven't looked back.
