My parents and both pair of grandparents all died from heart disease. I have no symptoms and physical exams all say I have no sign of heart disease. Low normal cholesterol, low normal blood pressure. It's all good and i believe daily dose of CoQ10, along with regular exercise and a healthy diet make the difference. I praise God for His blessings.

I have never tried any other brand so I guess my five stars may be over the top. I will say that heart disease runs in my genes so I decided this supplement couldn't hurt. I have felt better and have had more energy. My overall mood was more calm as well.
