I used the liquid version for a few years. I always felt that it was a major effort to dispense. Conversely, The soft gels took a few seconds to take. Big improvement for me.

My cardiologist recommended that I use CoQ10, and not just any CoQ10, Qunol CoQ10. At first I didn't have side effects, then one day I ached from the top of my head to the bottoms of my feet.
