I don't have to be concerned to take this with protein for the best absorption as with most CoQ10 products. I have purchase this product 4 times 120 count, I've tried other brands they don't compare.

I had to go on statins after having a heart attack. I became so stiff and was experiencing joint pain. After reading that statins can deplete your CoQ10 I purchased a bottle of regular CoQ10. And it's a good antioxidant. I also like the fact that the way the outer coating of the pill is made, even though it is rather large, because of its smoothness, it doesn't hang up in the throat. It swallows easily, and has no bad taste at all. Finally, I love the fact that I only need to take one pill daily, and it equals 3 pills of other brands. Since it absorbs into my system much better, I know its doing me a lot more good than other brands.
