I started using Qunol CoQ10 when I read how it is more absorbent then other CoQ10 supplements. Does it work? I don't have any issues with my heart and I take it every day, so I'd say yes. Would I recommend it? Well if your doctor suggests you take CoQ10 then why not take a supplement proven to be more available and more absorbent than the competitors? No side effects as far as I can tell.

But I kinda forgot to purchase more after I ran out, and didn't realize until I read medical articles about the importance of COQ10. I notice differences in my body after that 2 month period; first, my memory seemed somewhat lagging, felt tired early in the day and an overall sense of slugglishness. Got back on my regular regimen of Qunol 100mg CoQ10 and felt the difference in less than one week. I have tried other brands, however I don't feel quite the same sence of quietness as with Qunol, probably because of the absorption.

No matter how many bananas I ate, or how many potassium supplements I took, I would wake up in the middle of the night with severe leg cramps, usually my calves. I started out with budget CoQ10, but that didn't help either. Qunol seems to work best, either because of the dose, or because of how it is absorbed by my body. When you think about it, this is the best bang for your buck!
