I have used Qunol CQ10 for a little over a month now. I am feeling better in regard to my overall health. I am 56, workout regularly but have had blood pressure, triglyceride issues. I have muscle and joint paint, stiffness. After taking Qunol CQ10 for about 7-10 days, my muscle and joint pain began to noticeably improve. I have also made improvements in the gym, in regard to having more stamina. It does not take me as long to warm up and I am able to do more reps. I love this product.
