I have done so without fail and completely rely on the positive effects derived from this product. I also use the CQ-10 tablets with turmeric. Upon switching to Qunol Ultra COQ10, my hdl rose and ldl levels fell. Seven years of mass market CoQ10 was not wasted, but three years of Qunol UCoQ10 were well worth the little cost difference in my health. Enough said!
