I haven not experienced any side effects or issues since I started taking this product recently. My sister in-law who is a registered nurse recommended to add this product to my daily meds because I'm taking statin medication, which works well together. Later I started taking it every other day to see how it works with my other medication I was going to the bathroom more offered than I want to go because of the other water pills I was taking. But, once I started to take it by itself without the other water pills and works well and it kept my pressure down as well.
