I used Jarrow Formulas for a long time until I got tired of paying the cost for it. Searched around and found the quinol ultra. Compared to the Jarrow's, I noticed a difference in my energy. Not a lot, but enough to know it's there. I'm guessing the main difference between the two brands is the oil/water solubility. I am on a "lesser fat" diet and I'm believe my good/bad fat intake wasn't enough for the Jarrows. The quinol seems to do the trick for me.
