But after having a severe inner ear infection the ringing increasingly got worse becoming chronic & permanent. My ENT suggested I start taking a CoQ10 supplement to help counteract this side effect. I chose Qunol based on positive reviews. Although my tinnitus has not stopped it has definitely become less noticeable & less annoying.... !! Next step was to compare the quality of the same product but different brands and Qunol had a lot of good reviews. I started the first bottle and observed how gradually my level of energy was growing day by day. At some point I was thinking maybe it was a placebo effect and waited few days after the bottle was empty. Almost immediately I was feeling how my energy was vanishing really fast and bought the product again. When I started to include it in my every day plan with the other prescribed medicines, the effect was tangible and real. Since then I never run out of my CoQ10 ever. Now I'm able to swim an Olympic lane in the pool and come back with one breath only. And typically I hold my breath around two minutes. My life is very active and I can feel tired but a light rest will keep me doing and I'm 70 years old now. The side effects that I experienced on other brands were not present in the Qunol CoQ10. I am able to take less pills with larger benefits of this medicine. I even have gotten my husband to start taking it with the added health results of Qunol CoQ10.

The capsules developed a worsening smell within the first two months. I don't even know how to describe the smell. I kept giving the capsule to my husband every morning until he noticed the vile smell. Instructions say not to refrigerate. Threw away the rest of the bottle this morning. The only reason I didn't vote one star was because the capsules were OK for one month.
