I was becoming insulin resistant and the blood pressure was moving up. I decided on taking coq10 and had a A1C of 5.7when I started and after I used up my bottle 60 days I had another blood test with no essential change in diet though I noticed I did not crave as many sweets as I was before starting. My blood work came back with A1C of 5.5 which is within normal range for my age 70. So I did not refill for a month and feel like my craving for sugar is back and I'm not feeling as active but that could be covid effect from isolating. I just got my refill of the CoQ10 and even just one day into the bottle I can feel it helping. I will never go without this again. Thank you for making a great product.

That causes a lot of cramping. I started Qunol almost 2 years ago. I love the results. I have tried other brands (only becasue the store was out of Qunol) & found it didn't work for me at all!

Initially thought I'd have trouble swallowing due to the size, however surprisingly they go down very smooth.
