This past couple of months with winter season people started getting sick and let me tell you I have not got sick once. I also get that extra kick of energy that last me throughout the day. I never knew how important this vitamin was for people aging. I will have to give it a few more months to see if my skin has increased any elasticity or plumpness. Overall, I will give Qunol another re-purchase.

When taking Qunol Ultra regularily my leg cramps are non-existent. Regrettably, Qunol Ultra is not readily available to me in Canada. I've tried almost all CQ10 products that are available to me in Canada, but none of them work like Qunol Ultra. It's the only CQ10 product that's effective for me. I highly recommend this product. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking statin drugs for 25 years. It has recently come to my attention that these drugs deplete the important heart ingredient CoQ10. I have just started taking it over the past couple months. I had triple-bypass surgery in June and my total Cholesterol is in the 120s. My next blood test is in February of 2019. We'll see how things go.

I take one pill daily and I really think it has helped, especially after having a motorcycle accident a few years back, I think it helped me to heal quicker.
