My Dr. suggested I try it because he said as we age our bodies stop producing CoQ10 and we need to supplement to help with circulation. In addition CoQ10 has many other benefits. I do not eat any hoofed animal meat as i am allergic and yet even with statins my LDL would not go down and I did use the basic Co Q-10. So when I ran out of the basic coQ-10 I decided to purchase some Qunol even though it was costly. Well, the next time my blood was tested, my LDL had dropped a lot. Now I will not take my statin but 1 or 2 times a week and my statin has been lower each time I am tested. It truly is a miracle for me and hopefully other people too. Thank you!
