[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Of course, one cannot say with certainty that any vitamin supplement makes one feel differently; however, Qunol, I believe, along with my husband, to be the best CoQ10 product. We had been using a non-brand version through mail order; but paying for supplements, we wanted to be sure that we were getting the best. That cardiologists endorse this product helps, too. My doctor pulls a "Berkeley" blood profile at every other visit, and my numbers are very good. Of course, there is always one profile, maybe, where I can use a bit more discipline. Supplements are not a panacea, of course. Combined with a healthy diet and exercise, supplements like Qunol provide a very good regimen.

I, as well as she, is impressed with my test results each year since then (5 years ago to date). Taking Qunol along with diet and life style changes has helped me get better control of this compared to where I was 5 years ago.

You wouldn`t swallow a bolt to get iron, so why take a Coq10 that can`t be fully absorbed. Doctors don't only recomend Qunol CoQ10, they take it themselves. For veryshort money I take it every day at night with my statin.
