I told my doctor that I eat a balanced and healthy diet with very little to no animal protein, I exercise moderately and I avoid sugar. He said all that lowers my risk of coronary episodes but suggested that I add CoQ10 supplements. I came back to him and said I had begun taking Qunol and he said he would have recommended the brand had I asked for a specific one, I feel great.

When you are taking cholesterol lowering your level of Coq10 is depleted. This can cause heart problems. I've been taking Qunol for a few months now and feel great! My doctor is pleased with my blood pressure, and my cholesterol is back in the normal range.
