I will wait another month or two to see if I feel a big difference. I hope I can update this review later on. I would recommend this product to a friend on the basis that it is a good idea anyone to take some sort of supplements.

I have only been taking for a week but I have found that I feel generally better. Better mood, clearer mind. Will need to see if it reduces the statin side effects as I will be going back on stations next week. I might have said "not sure". If you ask me now my answer would be DEFINITELY 100%. I can say this because of financial constraints I was forced to go for one month without and I can now honestly say for me they make a difference.
