My brain will get foggy. If I am away from home and can get to a store that carries Qunol Ultra CoQ10, I will stop and buy a bottle because there is no doubt I will use it. Qunol Ultra CoQ10 will never sit on my shelf long enough for the date to run out. I am 57 years old and recommend it highly. One you take it, it will be your supplement choice too. I love the large bottle that last 4 months and a great price.
