Other than a multiple vitamin and calcium, Qunol Ultra is the only other supplement I take, thanks to my oncologist who recommended it to me and who I highly respect. I will continue taking it.

My internist has supported this move, as well. The reasoning is that the statins, which work well on my cholesterol level, deplete my CoQ10 levels, making for fewer and shorter hikes, etc. Taking 1 tab daily.
