I take CoQ10 every day along with a multi vitamin and cut out deep fried foods and caffeine and walk about 15to 30 minutes a day. My blood pressure averages 120/78. I hate taking medication so I opted to be healthy through eating better and moderate excersis.

My family history consists of heart problems on both sides, and so far, at 71 years old, I am the only one who hasn't had to make a visit to a cardiologist! Has it been the Qunol CoQ10?? I don't know, but I DO know I won't go a day without it! I also like that it doesn't cause me any side effects or interfere negatively with any of my other medications. Additionally, it is reasonably priced, which is great for someone like me on a fixed income. Please don't ever stop making this!
