If I don't take Qunal CoQ10, I would not take my statin medication, because the pain in my calf muscles would be too unbearable.

I was worried about what i read about statins so started taking the Qunol product, a different version a few years ago, and when i saw this product decided to get the best. I'm usually up and going no later than 6:30/7:am, and go to bed around 11:pm. I tell everyone I can about the benefits of the Qunol CoQ10. Not being a doctor, I can't tell you if it is making a difference, even my doctor at my annual physical can't point to anything. He does say it helps, but can't quantify that issue. I like the smaller container. Maybe a tab on the seals that that put on the bottle would make it far easier to open the plastic bottle.

I didn't feel any different after starting CoQ10 but thought it must be working. I recently purchased a bottle of Qunol brand just to see if it was worth the difference... if I might "tell" that I was taking a different brand. I feel SO much better, even more energy than when on the other brand. I've changed nothing else so it has to be in the better absorption that Qunol provides. Whatever it is, it works!
