[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take it because I'm on some heart medicine and have been taking it off and on mostly on for the last 5 years. I haven't noticed any negative side effects but I have no way to qualify that it has been of a benefit. That is why I am off and on with it. I wish there was a test to indicate that it's actually helping my health. I do take the garlic and fish oil tablets also so it is difficult to determine whether it is useful or not. It is expensive so I always debate on whether or not I should take it. If anybody knows of a quantitative way to determine that this is actually helpful and what sort of blood test I need to take to determine that that would be great.

After my heart attack I asked my Dr about taking it. I'm glad I did. I actually feel a lot better and have more energy. Before taking it, I would come home from work exhausted and fall asleep. Now I come home and still have the energy to pick up and do chores around the house. Taking CoQ10 is one of the smartest decisions I've made.

I explained that my body was cramping with my medications, that is when she suggested taking Qunol Ultra CO Q10. I take 1 capsule at bed time when I take my Cholesterol medications. I have been taking this product for 3 years and very satisfied. I have told several of my friends about this product and they are also satisfied.

No taste, not too big and work every time. I'm an older gent who tries to be careful of diet, exercise and the right supplements. I immediately switched to this brand as I see no point in taking a supplement that is not well absorbed, especially when there is one that is superior.
