So when I swallow it goes directly into my small intestine and then my large intestine without ever passing through my stomach.

To be honest I cannot feel a difference when taking Qunol, however if it more easily absorbed my body must be using more of the CoQ10 than with the previous product. The cost of the Qunol is comparable.

The store brand just floated with very little melting action but the Qunol started to dissolve almost right away. The water was room temperature in both cases. Our doctors have recommended Q-10 for both of us. We are comfortable with Qunol and recommend it to our friends.

There is no buzz so I have no clue if they work, But here's to hoping they do..
