[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everyone thinks of this product as a great benefit to the heart. I do also BUT I also use this product to relieve leg cramps. I am a 71 year old active senior playing sports 4 to 6 times a week. I started developing bad leg cramps that would wake me up at night. Someone suggested Qunol CoQ10 and the leg cramps stopped. After a year I stopped taking it just to see and the leg cramps came back. I went right back on this product. Try it you have nothing to lose except leg cramps.

I'm tested every 6 months and the LVEF rate has consistently gone higher until recently it reached normal range of over 55%. I take other medications so I can't say CoQ10 is THE improvement factor but I'll never stop using it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is a little pricey, I was fortunate to find a 120 count bottle with a "25% more" bonus that gave me 150 softgels. I'm sure the pills are made with fine ingredients but I give it only 3 stars due to price and the large size of the pill. I only said yes that I would recommend it to a friend because my objections do not mean it is a bad product.

I've tried other brands, even increasing the dosages to stop the foot cramps. Nothing worked; I even decreased the amount of Lipitor I was taking to about 3x/week because nothing was working. I can say without a doubt I'm sold on Qunol CoQ10. I've just finished the first bottle and have been able to take the statin EVERY DAY without cramps. Am going to try to convince my father to take it; he says CoQ10 doesn't work because his Dr said it didn't ...BAH. Maybe now I can get him to try this as he has full leg cramps EVERY night
