This is my first time using the Qunol brand, so I don't know yet how it will impact my health. My only objection is the size of the softgel, making it a bit hard to swallow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a heart attack 5 years ago I was put on a statin to control my cholesterol. With some lifestyle changes I have managed to get off all my heart meds, but the statin will continue indefinitely. One side effect of the statin (for me) is muscle soreness. This product keeps that discomfort at bay. I stopped taking Ultra COQ10 for one week and the soreness was not unbearable, but it sure was annoying feeling like I had spent 3 hours in the gym just from carrying the groceries in! This is the first brand I tried, and it will be the last. The quality is consistent and the price is well worth the relief I get from taking it!

I have used CoQ products for a number of years, but when I switched to Qunol my blood count numbers have been consistently great and stable. It has also been nice to take fewer pills by only needing to take one pill daily. I love the fact regarding the products solubility. Thank you for a wonderful product.

I have been taking Qunol CoQ10 ever since. I was an avid bike rider and runner for many years and am back to bike riding. I turn 70 in November of this year and feel better than ever. I have spread the word about Qunol and a few have let me know they are taking it with the same results.
