With age and heart problems heart problems, I tend to have low levels of CoQ10. Qunol gives me the confidence that my CoQ10 levels stay appropriate.

I have no adverse effects from taking this product (nor do I have any evidence it does anything positive). If additional studies suggest it is not helpful I would probably discontinue using it.

My neurologist has me take these and a few other vitamins for migraines and I can definitely tell a difference between brands. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
