Literature says that your coq10 levels decline with age but as to how that shows up anywhere is really just a guess at best. There is nothing you can feel about this. Most vitamin sales survive by hype and scaring people.

I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I keep track of all my workouts monitoring my heart rate and the number of calories I use during each workout. At the beginning my heart rate was 71-75bpm. During my workout my heart rate would rise between 146-174bpm. I have been using Qunol Ultra CoQ10 on a regular basis and maintaining an active life style jogging 3-4 times a week. My resting heart rate is now 47bpm and during workouts my average heart rate is 68bpm. At the conclusion of a 6.81 mi workout my maximum heart rate is 123bpm at an average pace between 10' 45" /m to 08' 27" /m. Adding Ultra CoQ10 to my diet sure made a difference in my health and performance.
