This product gives me energy (I take 2 capsules in the morning) by helping use my fat as fuel. Besides the energy benefit I love this product for it's strong antioxidant support which helps soak up oxidative stress and free radicals. Free radical are the main cause of dna damage meaning the more damage the more chances of developing chronic illnesses/diseases. As we get old we need to stay as healthy as possible. I love this product and have been buying it for 3 years and will continue to do so.

The knee pain was reported as a side-effect of the statin I take daily. The only complaint I have if you will is the size of the capsules.
