I've had no negative side effects since I started using it after dicovering I had diabetes and was prescribed metformin. I used to use regular 200 mg coq10 for heart health and joint soreness but stopped with the diabetes diagnosis and then eventual heart bypass surgery. I bought it because it is considered a Smart Drug and I need that because I am returning to school to get a master's degree in business. I am taking it with other supplements that are supposed to help you think better, like fish oil and ginkgo biloba, so I cannot say for sure that it is helping me think better.
