I take this usually with dinner, along withy other vitamins. So far it seems like a good product.

However I do notice more energy or less fatigue. Qunol is the only CoQ10 I have ever taken; I have no reason to try a different brand

I was hurting all the time and it was getting hard to get up from a setting position. A friend told me to take this. It took about a week but It started to make my pain more tolerable and then it was gone.
