Other products did not seem as effective. This product is easy for my body to digest and absorb (some CoQ10 products were hard for me to get used to), and our exercise regimen (we hike a lot) seems much more beneficial since we began using this product. Before taking this product I was bruising extremely easy and looked like I had been in a fight on my arms. After taking this product after one month, the bruises on my arms have decreased considerably. I don't know if this product is supposed to help with bruising but in my case I can't think of anything else that would have helped it.

We believe it strengthens the heart muscle and heart valves. Too many supplements on the market from low-quality manufacturers. If you are into vitamins/mineral therapy, please review/research all listed ingredients online and ask for a MSDS sheet from the mfg. Qunol brand of products can be trusted.
