[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Because I take a statin drug as part of my health plan, my cardiologist recommended Qunol Ultra CoQ10. He said he recommends it to all his patients as a way they can positively impact their own health care. He was right, my cholesterol medicine was depleting my CoQ10 levels. While my cholesterol medicine works great, I now support it's work by doing my part and replenishing my own CoQ10 levels. I take one capsule every night before bed.

But I'm afraid of statins so I decided to take this instead. I feel SO MUCH BETTER and I'm not suffering any cramping in my hands or anywhere else. Since the heart attack, I have been taking this product twice a day. One (1) first thing in the morning and one (1) hour before bed time. What a difference. The miracle injections the doctor promised, the water aerobics the gym sang praises too. The pain and ensuing isolation made me miserable.
