The Ultra seems to work the most effectively absorbing quickly without bloating the stomach nor experiencing gastritis from it. Its a build-up supplement that has to be taken over several months to get the best effect.

I'm 66 now and even though I'm not on a statin. I take Qunol CoQ10 to daily to maintain my heart health. It also helps me keep my blood pressure at a normal level and provides powerful antioxidant to keep me over all healthy. I plan to take it the rest of my life and recommend it to anyone.

Lots of choices out there that can get fairly expensive at as the size of the dosage increases. Hard to know in the supplement space what works and what doesn't...but increased absorption efficiency from a smaller dose makes sense to me from a price to value perspective.
