I also asked my doctor about vitamins I take, i.e., should I or shouldn't I. And guess what he suggested. Yes, Qunol COQ10! I take it daily after lunch. At first I had frequent follow up appointments with him, and now, after 11 years find I only need to see him twice a year. My bet, Qunol provides positive results.

I've tossed supplements in the past because they were too large or too uncomfortable to swallow. These are slippery and go right down. Love it! This is the ONLY brand I buy now. Just began purchasing Qunol Turmeric for the same reason.

What can you do about your genetics? She told me, Qunol would protect my heart, while the cholesterol medication would help me to have healthy pipes (blood vessels). I have been on Qunol for several years; and, I have been given a healthy bill of health by my primary physician.

I also take some supplements to help with some of the vitamins and nutrients that are food is a little short on these days. I take vitamin E, Fish oil, calcium with magnesium & to top off some of the vitamins and supplements I take Qunol CoQ10, because it has super powers in absorption. I want my body to absorb the vitamins & supplements I take to help the medicines I take do their job better.
