About the age (early 50s) that my uncles died of heart attacks, my father got his first bypass surgery (went in for one bypass and they replumbed four). Three of my cousins, at about the same age, also had bypass surgeries. At first I thought, "Great, another pill to take."but the gel tablet is very easy to swallow and I never had the sensation of tasting it or it repeating on me. (aka burping).

It costs a little more that other brands but completely worth it just because it absorbs and breaks down so much better in the body and it's easy to swallow. I have to take a lot of supplements so I break them down to twice daily, otherwise I dread taking so many pills. This coq10 I take at night with my bedtime meds.
