First time the capsules came kind of stuck together due to time of year (high temperatures) but they have an absorbent pack inside now so capsules remain independent of one another. Delivered in timely manner. Capsules are a little large because of the item but are easy to swallow and don't upset my stomach. No aftertaste either.

I have been taking Qunol CoQ10 since I had my heart attack 4 years ago. Taking this, watching what I eat and exercise has me doing great. I haven't had a heart related problem since. I can differentiate from other vitamins when I fill the pill box for the week. I believe most everyone over 50 needs Qunol. I believe in helping my heart so everything else works as it should. I trust Qunol.

In fact, I really don't notice anything at all until I get my lab work back from my doctor and I see that all of my results have come back "normal", and when it comes to lab work, normal is excellent. Along with all of the cardiologists out there who have recommended taking Qunol Ultra CoQ10, I also recommend it, especially if you want a supplement that does not interfere with your normal day to day living but, rather, enhances it.
