It didn't take much research to find that Qunol was the most highly recommended COQ10 on the market. No more headaches and my Dr. is happy because now I take statins like he wanted me to.

I first chose this brand based on written reviews; however, I had no personal evidence of its effectiveness regarding absorption. I have been using Qunol brand Coq10 for a year now in conjunction with my statin. I find that it really does help with joint pain and discomfort that is caused by the statin. Because it is water soluble, I don't have any trouble with digesting the product. I enjoy this effective product very much.
