That was when I heard that regular CoQ10 isn't readily absorbed by those of us over 60 years of age. I feel fine, but then I felt fine before. What really caught my attention was when my kid brother, 7 years younger than me, had to have a quadruple bypass. His vascular and cardiac system was all messed up. Now maybe this makes no difference, apples and oranges, I don't know; but, it is enough to keep me taking Qunol and to make sure that my wife does also.

He told me to make sure that she takes them forever. They are the best pill you and your will take at your age.

I hav been on lovastatin for 30 yrs and no doctor had recommended I take a CoQ10, but I read about healthcare frequently. There seems to be quite a bit of evidence that fit should be taken along with the statins, so I started using it about a yr ago. I am igornant in that I have no proof or evidence that it is helping me. I am fairly well informed about the scripts and supplement I use but I do not know if I am benefitting or not.

We are both over 60 and know that eating right, exercise and specific vitamins and supplements can help us live better. We love to travel, so staying healthy is very important. We both still have good health and hope to maintain it. You can never be truly sure the exact effect of these supplements in this effort but not having problems while taking them does help the decision for continuing tacking them.

I feel confident that it is helping me to maintain good heart health given that I take a statin drug for high cholesterol. My only complaint about the product is the large size of the capsules. Smaller would be better.

I have been taking this product for 2 years now. With the latest Echo Cardiogram, my projection (cardiac output) has increased from 45 to 65....My Cardiologist was surprised, and asked me what I was doing. I proudly said that I am taking this product. He replied, 'whatever works, keep it up'. Thank you for this great product
