I'm adding Qunol to my vitamin pills and omega three supplements to try and keep it that way. Also, I work at a hospital CoQ10 is prescribed to patients in our CVICU. I only take supplements Monday thru Friday.

Soon after starting to take regular COQ10, I discovered Qunol, and began using it.. I am very satisfied with Qunol. I consider it a much better product than the regular COQ10

I do have to use a magnesium supplement to maximize its effect. I have run out and skipped my dosages and can really tell that I have gone without it.
