3 years ago I had a stroke. I was 45 years old and the Doctor prescribed vitamins over medicines that could potentially have serious side affects. CQ10 was one of my prescribed vitamins. I have to take one everyday and have not found a better product in my price range. Very thankful I am able to take the vitamin I need without breaking the bank! Thank you. It is superior to other products because it is 100% soluble. The capsules are easily swallowed with water. We take them every day and our doctor agrees it's a smart thing to do.

What happened is, my energy level, and attention span dropped significantly. while I wasn't as quick mentally as I usually am. I won't do that again. I am 78 year old retired female. I have been taking multiple vitamins for some time but I started to forget easy things very quickly.
