Easy to swallow, no bad after taste, no stomach upset. I've been using Qunol Ultra CoQ10 for a little over a year now, good test results at the Dr. office last week.

I was taking four of the other brands pills but because of the better absorption of the Qunol brand I only have to take one pill now. I recommend the Qunol brand to anyone needing to take vitamins!!
