This online purchase was the second time that I received gift cards that were not activated. It is embarrassing to say the least. The previous purchase was in June. Also, the cards have to be returned to get the refund, even though they are worthless. This return was split into 8 separate shipments causing me to find packaging, print 8 separate labels and then deliver to FedEx facility to be shipped back. There must be a problem with activating these cards that needs to be rectified before I ever order a gift card online again. A zero rating would have more accurate for this purchase.

Awful online experience for the second time.

I am a huge loyal fan of Longhornes  since they opened . Steaks are perfect. Strawberry salad is my fav !
