None of my purchased gift cards work! Smoky Bones, Longhorn, Red Lobster. These were to be Christmas gifts, I put in a request for investigation. What do I tell these 14 relatives?

This was perfect for a birthday gift for my dad that lives in another state. The only problem was that it didn't state who he was receiving it from. I will have to let him know the next time that I am sending it.
