My husband started having knee pain after climbing up on his building before he made steps. After going to doctor and orthapedic doctor and nothing helping started taking these pills. I researched the benefits of using turmeric for inflammation and Qunol always popped up as a top quality product. So far I love this product for small dose and great taste even undiluted. My mom who has Lupus has been recommended by her team of physicians to use turmeric as well. I've had bad knees for over 30 years...one is replaced and the other is on it's way. I was going to Physical Therapy for this. I started taking one Qunol pill every morning about three months ago. I wanted to make sure that I didn't experience any stomach upset or reactions. When I didn't have a reaction, I upped it to 2 pills. I was feeling great, minimal to no pain in my right knee. I started going to the gym, walking, riding, lifting and doing yard work. I noticed that I did not need ANY pain relief for over two months. I had been taking something daily for pain prior to Qunol. I teach school and during our April vacation I was lax in taking my vitamins/supplements (calcium, D, C, Qunol). Midway through the week I noticed a significant pain on the left side of my right knee, it hurt every time I walked. Every morning starts with a dose of Qunol in my energy drink. I wanted to take this product for my right knee pain and I was experiencing the pain for several years. I was taking other over the counter pain relief medicines but now I can miss take them with no pain. The only thing I can say is the Qunol Liquid Turmeric really help my joins health. My pain has stopped and very little stiffness from my knees.

I place the required amount, just a small cap-full, in my morning hot or cold tea, and it adds a nice spicy flavor. I'm so glad that its not another pill to swallow and that it is so easy to take. I feel that I'm helping my joint inflammation and that my sciatic doesn't act up as often.

One sore finger doesn't seem like a lot - but the arthritis in that one joint can be painful and limiting. I am on my third bottle of Qunol Liquid Turmeric because it works! When I take it regularly, the pain becomes virtually non-existent. There are very few products on the market that one can make that statement about. It's expensive but being pain-free is worth it.
