At first I refused to use the product and my wife just put some into my smoothie each day. After a few weeks she asked me how my hands were feeling. At age 64, after more than 40 years of being an ultra distance athlete, I needed something to help reduce inflammation and pain mainly in my heels and Achilles tendon, both feet. I have successfully used another brand turmeric/curcumin that supplied 50% higher strength, but as the Qunol has higher absorption rate, at a comparable price point, I am happy to have switched, and look forward to many more years competing against athletes 20 or more years younger.
