[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take the recommended dose in the morning, and it is very effective when I use it that way. Much less pain in my knees, especially. It is even more effective if I repeat the dose in the evening as well. I now take it this way all the time, every day. The results are very quick after I take a dose, and it is much more effective and fast-acting than a different brand of turmeric I took in capsules for the last couple of years.

At the time I was getting pains in both of my feet that seemed to start out as very painful and tended to subside as weeks went on - depressing!
